Dinner details.
Wheat Ridge's own Belfiore Italian are pulling together another carefully crafted, real Italian menu for this dinner. Locally loved for their comforting, in-house specialties Belfiore Italian shines in a farm dinner. We'll start out with handcrafted charcuterie and prosciutto melon balls. The main meal is a sous vide pork belly with agrodulce sauce with sides of creamy polenta and apple fennel salad. For dessert we are bringing back the popular make your own s'mores with an abundance of fun toppings. What about drinks? Our friends at the local licensing authority have reminded us that we do not have a liquor license! But you are welcome to bring your own drinks and how about we start a new farm dinner tradition by everyone bringing something you like for yourself and also a little extra to share with the group! We will have water and also a non-alcoholic drink to enjoy during our "nibbles". This farm dinner will truly be a special experience that highlights the best of cooking, farming, and natural beauty.
Cost. A seat at our dinner is $75 (plus ticketing fees).
Dinner Time. Please try and arrive at 6 pm. We'll have a casual start where you can meet the hosts, talk with other guests, and explore the farm. When you arrive the starters will be waiting for you. Dinner will be served beginning around 6:30. We can seat you as party but we are always hoping you'll also get to know others from the community and perhaps make some new friends. Think of this as something like a family holiday meal that unfolds over an hour or two. We'll wrap things up around our fire pit toasting s'mores and enjoying each other and the evening.
What about bad weather? Our tables can be covered with a large tent to protect from a light drizzle. In more serious weather, a dinner may be rescheduled or canceled. In the event of a cancellation, you can either receive a refund, or apply your payment to another dinner. Every effort will be made to make everyone comfortable for the dinner.
